The office manager told me since our HS daughter was no longer going to receive vaccines, they could no longer see her as a patient. Follow the money trail with Big Pharma. The nurses are very rude and front office girls are not the friendliest. Not sure what happened but it’s sad because they use to be great.

The team at Tan & Garcia Pediatrics do such an awesome job. Their medical team is very thorough and really takes the time to sit with us at each pediatric appointment and answer any questions that we may have. They truly care about the growth and development of our little one. We especially appreciate that they are flexible with doing an alternative vaccination schedule for our baby, where we space out the vaccines for our little guy so he isn’t getting bombarded with so many vaccines all in one visit. We highly recommend Tan & Garcia.

Gave my 5 month old the wrong shot at the wellness visit. Being pulled into a room during check out to be told your child was administered the chicken pox vaccine (which is recommended between 12-15 months) was extremely terrifying, alarming and traumatic. Nurse did not follow procedure, which resulted in our incident. Tan and Garcia was my childhood doctor, and my children's. I whole-heartedly trusted their practice and would have recommend to anyone. I was told "the nurse was very upset, and was going to be retrained." A response of that caliber, to a situation of this magnitude was a slap in the face. I removed my children from the practice immediately. I would NEVER recommend them, and would suggest other parents learn from my experience.

Tan & Garcia Pediatrics offers top notch care. The staff is efficient and timely. We have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for our appointment, and have actually been seen earlier than our scheduled appointment time on numerous occasions. The doctors are knowledgeable, patient and compassionate. The nursing staff is kind and efficient. Scheduling is a breeze and getting in quickly when sick is never an issue. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for an excellent pediatrician.

We used to go here years ago when I had good insurance. When we fell on hard times, we started taking the kids to a community center. When I got good insurance again, we went to Tan & Garcia again, but the staff was very rude this time. I have 2 kids but they wouldn't schedule them on the same day. Said they didn't want to block a whole hour for us. Nurse pulled my boy very rudely to the exam room by grabbing the front of his shirt instead of by his hand, didn't greet or talk to him nicely. The person on the phone acted like it was a favor to me to answer the call or make appointment. Didn't consider that its inconvenient for us to make 2 appointments and come 2 separate days when all the kids needed was a kindergarten entry physical exam (no illness) We decided never to go back and switch
