Update: it takes months for a response on the review, and I will not be calling. I called in and left messages previously and still have yet to get a return call. Oh and as a side bonus... I just received a $350 bill above of the price I was told, and signed!!, at the office. Will look elsewhere if an oral surgeon is needed. Took my son for wisdom teeth extraction. Called the week before to see if he will need any prescriptions so I could pick them up prior to his appointment. I was told no, there will be no prescriptions ordered (and the surgeon doesn't believe in prescription pain medication) but just in case give them the pharmacy information which I did. Day of the surgery they request you to show up 15 minutes early. Then he was not taken back for another 30 minutes after his appo
I have never given a 1 star rating. Often I give the benefit of the doubt for bad days everyone has sometimes. My experience covers over a 4 month period. My consultation amounted to a disinterested doctor taking a peek and telling me extremely briefly about his recommendation without opportunity to question. He spent less than 5 minutes with me. The assistant could tell I was confused and a little scared so he explained things more thoroughly before letting me walk out. I decided to go through with the treatment because of his patience. I needed this to treat an infection that was just beginning, plus I had bone loss in my jaw. I was a little freaked out needed to just do it. The procedure was rough. I had a reaction to the local anesthetic that felt like a panic attack and the docto
Got my consultation and tooth extracted here. This place is phenomenal! I had went to several other establishments prior to this place and I didn’t like them. Either they were extremely costly, using their policies to get over on patients with hidden fees, and/or they were giving off a poor atmosphere. Living in a predominantly white area it’s hard to find establishments that actually want you there and are not just tolerating you, It’s hard to trust everyone with your care. At this facility though I felt so welcomed here and I could tell the people actually enjoyed talking to me. The atmosphere was so inviting. I highly recommend them, they show great professionalism and they are reasonable with their costs. Thank you for the great experience it was so refreshing.
Fast easy tooth extraction. Would have like to meet Dr. Without mask prior to surgery, would have been a more personable experience. Not just feeling like an assembly line. Also get working blood pressure monitors, after 3 that did not give close to an accurate reading took longer than the extraction to attempt to get a reading. Over all the reason I was there was fast, painless and great care instructions afterwards.
I was in at the beginning of January had a tooth extracted it went great! Staff is friendly as well.. HOWEVER I did just come back yesterday to have one more tooth extracted and I had a different surgeon than I did my first visit. I don’t remember what his name was but while using a drill to break apart the tooth I was burned.. and not a minor burn like he made it seem and literally said it was minor and “it would be sore for about a week”. Once done I went to my car and saw the “minor burn” and kinda lost it. I have a hole in the corner of my mouth I can breathe through. I smelled my flesh burning during the extraction and thought to myself “there’s NO WAY that this man is going to let my cheek get in the way of that drill…” I was sadly mistaken. Here’s some photos of the handy work.. wil
