Tallman Eye Associates: Burkhart Olin V OD

If you have to go to the Lawrence location, enter through "Entry I". There's a lovely foyer with directions and Tallman Eye is just steps away from the door.

My 6 year old son went in for a scratch to his eye. The Doctor freaked him out by telling him the eye drops he was going give him would sting. I then had to hold my poor kid down to put the drops in which my son said didn't even hurt. The reason this place gets a 1 star is the doctor called in my son's prescription with an error to the medication. The pharmacy was attempting to contact them as was I. I waited on hold with the front desk and was dissconected twice. Two different women took my info but no-one could figure out how to fix my issue! All they needed to do was ask the doctor to send a new and correct script. Instead they waited until closing and the doctor had gone home. Now my 6 year old son has to wait until tomorrow to get his medication. If I can even get these rude idiots to

I called ahead of time to see if I had an appointment for this year. They told me I had one on Feb 7. When I got there they told me I had no appointment and that I couldn’t get one until the end of March. Needless to say I was a little peeved. The optometrist I had in the past also totally ignored my complaints of flashing light in my eyes and floaters. I am not pleased with my last few exams. Time to look elsewhere.

Waste of time Brought a family member to this location in the morning at the allotted appointment time and checked in but was not seen until after 37 mins past the appointment time and the lobby filled up they only started taking guests after 30 mins of people being in the lobby they took guests who showed up later before the ones who were at the location beforehand with 0 communication

This is the best eye place I have ever been to. Everyone there is very understanding and helpful. Dr. Panagiotopoulos is a great doctor.
