I really like the dentist here, but the customer service at the front desk is not the best. I called today to reschedule an appointment and there wasn't much of a friendly greeting. My appointment was for September 9th, the earliest option given to me was in November. When I asked if there were any earlier openings, I was simply told “no,” without any effort to check for alternatives. Most receptionists will at least try to offer other available times or let me know whether I could call back in case there are any cancellations later on, but that didn’t happen here. Unfortunately, this meant I had to look for other options, even though I have been a patient here for years. Terrible office, they do not allow patients to have their xrays that they paid for sent to another office. They hold every patient records when they no longer want to treat at their practice. THEY ARE A MONEY HUNGRY OFFICE SO SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I work at a dental office in NH and tried to retrieve xraays for a patient who SIGNED A RECORDS RELEASE but they still kept saying “we will send what we have” lol so unprofessional and who ever is picking up the phones at that office needs a shot of caffeine or something because she sounds real sleepy and unmotivated on the phone.

I had an emergency situation. The front desk folks were sensitive to my situation and was able to fit me into the Dr's schedule quickly. I have been a patient for over 20 years and have always had a good experience.

Incredible dental and customer service! I have a huge fear of the dentist and put off going for several years. Immediately at Riverwalk I felt at ease, from the initial phone conversation to the first cleaning appointment. This is truly a practice that cares for their patients and eliminates the fear of being at the dentist! I left feeling better about my smile than I had in years.

The staff here is just great! So courteous and pleasant. From the front desk, to the hygienists, to the dentists. It's always a top notch experience!
