I've been seeing Jeff since 2010. I love that it is a small business with a warm and cozy feel. Availability is never an issue. It may not be as fancy as Par Exsalonce, but the results are the same WITHOUT the obscene cost!!!!! They are always offering specials to help you save money and still take care of your body and mind. I love it

Today I took my husband to get a couples massage for our Anniversary. It was our first time ever getting a massage.. It was so relaxing. Jeff did a wonderful job on my massage and I will return again an ask for Jeff. My husband had Holley an he said that she did a great job on his massage as well. So from the looks of it Jeff and Holley has new clients that will be returning often..

My husband and I love Jeff and Melissa. Any time we’ve gone to see anyone else (and we only go somewhere else if we make a last minute decision to book and can’t get in to see them), we instantly regret it! They’re the only place that I’ve ever gone to where I didn’t feel worse or still sore upon leaving. Convenient location that is clean. They also have massage chairs in the lobby so you can get a pre-massage prior to your appointment.

WORST massage I've ever had! Please do not waste your money or time here! There is absolutely no way that Jeff has any professional license or training. He did not use any of the common massage techniques, and did not use appropriate draping techniques either. I started the massage facing down, and when I turned over, he lifted the sheet completely off me and shook it out leaving me completely exposed. I was so embarrassed and uncomfortable. Very disappointing to say the least.

My girlfriend and I recently went in for a couples massage at Take A Break and found it to be a very relaxing experience. Being my first massage, I decided to try deep tissue and man do they work you over! If it is you are like me and it is your first time, let them know you want to communicate during the massage to help figure out what you like. They are much more likely to give you an A+ first time experience if you give them feedback during the session. The decor was interesting, and you might call it forced, but the facilities were clean and the equipment comfortable. Definitely a good place to go!
