Very compasssionate and takes extra time when needed to explain procedures, options and possible diagnosis. Very clear explanations of recommended next steps and follows through with doing the things she commits to doing. Would highly recommend Maria! She is far better than MDs I have seen in the past. I went to 5 MDs before coming to Maria and was only reluctant because she was a NP but I think she does a far better job at targeting the issues that are important to her patients and she does her research!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Maria Hapke! She is amazing, patient, kind, and takes her time to listen to you. My only complaint would be the front desk lady, she is pretty rude and could definitely benefit from some customer service training and realizing people will ask her questions and she needs to be able to respond without being snarky and rude.
