Tailor Made Compounding

Tailor Made has had great products for a long time, but their communication is terrible, and the customer service is, quite frankly, rude. One of our clinics accounts was cancelled without notice on Feb 2026th. They claim they sent an email(like others have said here too). The reason they give upon questioning is “volume of sales”. I guess they could have more volume of sales if they actually fulfilled those they have(not weeks or months later) or if they told us or patients whenever they couldn’t fill a prescription.

Very unhappy with pharmacy. We have never had an unpaid invoice and our clinic was told that they had too many customers so they were dropping many of the smaller customers and we could no longer order from Tailormade. While we were not a large customer, we have patients who benefited from certain medications we could not get elsewhere. Just a horrible way to treat not only clinics who supported them but patients who needed their medications. Very disappointed in their business philosophy. I would stay clear of this pharmacy and source your products elsewhere

My clinic's account was canceled with zero notice on 2/6/26. Not even 24 hrs notice.. with patient's rx pending saying they WOULD still honor those Rxs... then when i called today, all orders were mysteriously canceled. Mary in customer service informed, with no explanation nor remedy for any of it.

I’ve been using them for a few months now and I have no complaints. They made everything super easy. Would highly recommend!!
