Phenomenal practice where they treat you like family. Dr. Heckman and his wonderful team care about their patients, and their service is top notch! Tiffany is a great hygienist!

I liked them at first and for the most part they’re nice people. But anytime I’ve been they never fix anything and this last time I went, since they can’t do root canals I’m having to get my tooth pulled, so they had to make a referral to uk. They got my date of birth AND the wrong tooth on my referral!! So I called them when they were open multiple times and sounded like I kept getting hung up on. They know the severity of this tooth I’m in major pain and can’t eat on my left side at all! Now I’m having to wait out the weekend to get ahold of them Monday to send the referral then it takes a day to even go through so they reallyyyy held me back and I’m in extreme pain. They’re the only place in nicholasville that takes my insurance, but I will be traveling out of county to get my teeth don

Overall good but if you are a Medicaid patient be expected to be treated like one. All the employees know who pays with what insurance and it's acceptable with these low-creativity positions to classify people. In a sense, you're a little less than what they see as an acceptable person.

The office staff are wonderful. They were able to get me in immediately and start the process for my dentures. They fit wonderful and I recommend many people there. I absolutely love my new dentures, my self confidence has boosted, and I have a beautiful smile now.

Rude on the phone sad because we have delta dental. Usually delta members are treated more kindly.
