I've visited Tai Ji Massage in Duluth many times and all my experiences have been good. Coco, the manager, is the most experienced and knowledgeable; Mei and Ella are also favorites. Because of my schedule I'm never sure who I am going to see, but it doesn't matter, it's all good. Their website says they accommodate walk-in's but I always call ahead. Different massage techniques are available but I stick with Swedish so can't comment on other offering. These ladies are all STRONG enough to make you weep so just be clear about your pressure preference. I have chronic neck and shoulder pain but clinical physical therapy puts me off; however, the firm but gentle and unhurried touch from any of these ladies is welcome. The masseuse was extremely rude. She demanded a tip at the end, and I told her the service wasn’t great, so I gave her a $10 tip. She then actually kicked my car and the mirror — such an unbelievably disrespectful and insolent woman.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Wish i could leave no stars. Waste of money. I asked for a 90 minute massage and they shorted me 10 minutes. She just rubbed my body the whole time with oil and hot rocks instead of actually massaging me. Would not stay in one spot for more than 2 seconds and just seemed like she was trying to kill time. Kept taking phone calls and going out in the middle of massage. She pulled my boxers off of me while I was laying on my stomach saying she needed to apply oil and it was in the way. At the end, she demanded tip and i said no the massage was bad and she ok don’t come back. Never been to a place with horrible service and customer service to this extent.

Visited Tai Ji massage. Did a 4 hands massage because I wanted to try the experience. What the employees have to remember is they are doing half the work and getting paid the entire $120. Key points; two women, one mature, one younger. The mature lady was more experienced and a better therapist the younger one did not have good technique and she was just trying to pass the time. I was still able to enjoy the massage because the mature lady was very good. They also talked to each other quite a bit during the experience which was distracting. I mentioned it several times and they stopped due a bit and then resumed. They charge 5.7% for using my card. Four hand massage should not be double the price, because the therapist is doing half the work. Nonetheless that's what they charge. But

Coco was incredible ! I have never been to this location and they took me with only an hour and a half notice. Coco is extremely intuitive, finding your knots quickly and spending appropriate time resolving them. I will definitely be back, I am so thankful she is in the neighborhood !
