I had surgery over a month ago with Thomas Neustein, and one of the biggest reasons I had such a positive experience was how seriously my questions and concerns were taken. Having surgery was not my first choice, so my anxiety was very high. Every time I had a question or ran into a concern, the clinical staff addressed it right away. They never made me feel rushed or dismissed. Instead, they took the time to explain everything clearly and broke things down in a way that I could fully understand what was happening. That level of patience and reassurance made all the difference for me. Dr. Neustein also made me feel safe and comfortable, but what truly stood out was how consistently my concerns were acknowledged and handled with care and professionalism.
