They are friendly and professional. Answering any questions in a clear and understandable way. Treatment have greatly improved his quality of life. The only problem we've had was in scheduling. At times we've been unable to speak to a person or even get a call back after leaving messages

I was in the waiting room for about 3 minutes then was escorted into their treatment area. Immediately my vitals signs were taken and within 5 minutes Ms Carter was with me in the examination room. She was very approachable and easy to talk with. She is polite and professional. A good overall experience.
