Everyone was kind and attentive to my father during his vusit. They gave him pain meds without judgement despite his personal situation. The entire crew was readily available for any needs/questions that I had. I would step out of the room and would be immediately asked if I needed anything despite all rooms being filled. My father can be very difficult however all staff that came in contact with him handled it graciously and even humor which he responds to well...I also witnessed the same treatment of other patients throughout our visit. Also the caseworkers/discharge planners were phenomenal as well.

Had an awful experience with the Nurse Practitioner today in the ER. He totally spoke over me and made me feel like he didn't listen to me at all. My Nurse was wonderful and very caring. But I basically came out the same way I went in. They gave me a bag of fluids and sent me home. To take meds I already have that aren't working. And to rest until an appointment I have on Friday. They said all blood work came back good but gave me not explanation of what blood work they took or why. I'm still very weak and even more confused than when I went in. I never once saw the Dr on duty. Is this the normal now days?

The stars are because the staff was nice on the first visit, but the doctor deserves zero and the second visit was horrible. The first visit with Dr Rashid I drove 45 minutes to have an in office video visit with someone that not only didn't listen to but flat out ignored my concerns, and dismissed both me and my partner with prescriptions for the same migraine med that insurance won't pay for so we would have to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket to get it. The second visit was for a sleep deprived EEG that was unnecessary as I have never shown signs of epilepsy in my life. The hospital when I got there was severely understaffed (not their fault) and several obviously ill staffers (not necessarily nurses) we're not wearing masks but coughing etc. and I honestly expect better from a

ER visit. A completely impressive and gratifying experience. Staff was mostly courteous. All seemed appropriately attentive and warm. I have 2 brothers and 1 sister as well as countless friends and business associates who are physicians. I know what I'm talking about below. Competence among the entire staff was obvious. Dr. Stewart, a physician in residency, stood out .She was remarkably clear in her gathering of clues and presentation of the findings of the diagnostic tests. Her affect ( bedside manner) was so comforting that I was left feeling that I could handle my diagnosed condition with confidence. NEO should recognize this group as exemplary .
