I have 100% confidence in this practice and that is very comforting because my kitty communicates by meows, growls and head butting - he actually can't protest but attempts to. I trust what the doctor, vet assistant and other employees advise because they appear 100% invested in providing exemplary service to my kitty. I look forward to introducing my 2 other kitties to this practice knowing that any suggestions offered by this practice have my pets and my best interests in mind. It is a rare situation when you leave a vet feeling satisfied that your kitty will be okay and I have experienced that mind set every time I bring my kitty here for assistance. Dr Prime is a wonderful Veterinarian ! She is very professional and you can tell she loves her profession. She and her Assistant were very kind and caring to our pet-treated her as if she was their own. The office is well staffed and very friendly. They keep you up to date and do everything to make your visit pleasant.

I reached out to countless clinics, literally everywhere within driving distance, and not one single place showed the level of kindness, responsiveness, or genuine care that I experienced here. Before they had ever met me or my pets, Nicole✨ and Kelly✨ emailed me back IMMEDIATELY with detailed, compassionate, and incredibly helpful guidance. They took the time to review my dog’s issue, explain everything clearly, and even provided exact cost estimates for a surgery I thought he might need. Very friendly and compassionate doctor and staff. Dr Prime is great! You can tell she really loves the animals and is knowledgeable and explains things simply but thoroughly. Our new puppy just met her for an initial exam after our little old dog (16 year old) had to be put down for health reasons about 3 months ago. The whole office helped to make that experience as good as possible under the circumstances by being sweet and tender with us and him.

Dr. Prime has taken wonderful, loving care of 3 of our best friends. She is thorough and compassionate. When we had to put our much loved Chester to sleep she cried as much as myself…she cared about him that much and I know she feels the same about all her patients. For the rest of my life all of our families best friends will be cared for by Dr. Prime.
