I can't even begin to describe the relief Teresa gave me through my marathon training!! She put all the pieces together and gave me explanations for the way I lift and run, and was able to send me home with exercises and accessories to help overcome, fix and sustain a correct and functioning body while I put it through a crazy amount of stress. I call her magic hands. I drive an hour one way to see her - bc it’s totally worth it. She is absolutely a subject matter expert for her field. If I were a better patient I probably wouldn’t ever have to see her again, because her treatments work. If you do them how she tells you. 😅 Highly highly highly recommend.
