I have chronic conditions that create intense muscle pain. After a particularly long flare, I threw in the towel and decided to try dry needling. Bennett took the time to understand my condition and how treatments can make it worse rather than better. With this imformation, he kept my first session on the milder side. I felt a definite improvement. By my second appointment, my pain had returned (it's a me thing, not a him thing). This time he took a more intense approach. Boy did I feel the impact the next day! It definitely got deeper and where the needles needed to be. I'm so thankful to have this new tool in my health toolkit, and grateful for Bennett's thoughtful care!

Bennett is the best! So kind and supportive. Has really helped me with some lingering lower back pain. Shows me stretches I’ve never heard of before even after multiple google searches. Walks me through every step of the way. Dry needling is incredible! But will never make anyone do anything they’re uncomfortable with. Very knowledgeable and fun to talk to in between giving directions. I always feel very comfortable with Bennett, which is nice because anything medical/physical could be very vulnerable or discouraging. I was recently in town (from Chicago) to visit a dear friend. I was experiencing tension in my neck and shoulders. This was my first time doing any kind of needling technique to help alleviate the pain. Dr.Bennett is very professional and kind. He told me what he was doing and walked me through where he was placing the needles before doing it. I felt relaxed and comfortable, and it didn’t hurt at all. I would highly recommend!
