Synergis Compounding Pharmacy

I’ve used this pharmacy for 3 years. You can no longer call in a refill by speaking to someone directly and the automated refill system never worked (you enter your script number and the result is a permanent silence on their end). They have now implemented a new system where I MUST store my personal credit card information with them via text and pay before they will fill the script. And only accepted payment method is by credit card. Luckily for me, there are several other compounding pharmacies in AZ. And if the price is more I’m fine with that too because customer service is everything to me. I expect Synergis won’t be in business much longer.

I'm not a robot, bots don't get invited to Google guide events like I do I am indeed a customer They do indeed provide mail orders in addition to pickup I uploaded screenshots Sometimes they take several days for a compounding order which can be problematic Original review from a year ago... I never know how long it'll actually take to get a prescription filled. I get told different things from different employees and would like at least a reasonable explanation. Mail order is unpredictable.

This place not only has excellent products and reasonable prices, but the service is phenomenal: You don't live in the Phoenix area? No problem- they mail it to you. Once when they knew I needed something quickly, the sent an order overnight - with no extra charge. You can actually speak with a Pharmacist - they are most helpful and will bend over backwards to help if they can.

2 stars because the people who work their are very nice. Low review because after one dose of medication my cat was vomiting blood. I contacted the pharmacy for a refund and the guy in the phone said no refunds and offered no other support other than spending more money at the pharmacy. My cat also would not touch the chicken flavored medicine even mixed in food, i do not suggest getting your cats meds here.

Lot of great things to say about my experience with this place! My prescription was filled same day just a few hours after my physician sent it. I called to ask how long it would be and was told they could take my number and text me me it was done, definitely a huge plus. I was super impressed that he also asked me if i would like peppermint flavoring to my medications. I had meant to ask for it myself but had forgotten, I really appreciate the extra step to try to help me have a better experience with the medicine. I picked up in person, the pharmacy is very clean, modern, and everyone present was friendly. I also don't think I could find a better price for this medication. I have also been able to take advantage of the delivery service, I have always received my medication the next day
