Sylvan Family Dentistry: Office of Dr. Timothy Bletscher, DMD & Dr. Keith Peters, DMD

I highly recommend both Dr. Bletscher and Dr. Peters! I have been seen by both doctors and they are very thorough, patient, and kind. Their staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and I always enjoy going to the dentist! I will continue to refer all of my friends and family to this office.

Dr Bletcher and Dr Peters and staff are exceptional. The difference? They are both efficient and effective topped off with compassion. Highly recommended!

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE My wife went into Tim Bletscher / Keith Peters office and they worked in conjunction with an Oral Surgeon to do a single implant which cost around $7,000.00 The implant failed and fell out in less than a year. She returned, and was told that they would stand behind it, and do a replacement. The Oral Surgeon waived his bill to replace the post. Bletscher / Peters gave her a bill for an additional $1,700 to put the tooth itself back on the post. They claim that they "discounted" the work - but she NEVER should have been charged anything to replace a failed implant that she already had paid for in full.

I’ve been going to Dr Timothy Bletscher since I was a kid. Now my boys go there too. I love their gentle approach to dental care. The techs remember us every time (some of them even know me from when I was little!) and are really nice. They’ve been very good with my boys. Even my son who has a sensitive gag reflex. And they show them how all the tools work, let them raise the chair, explore the X-ray machine, and view their X-ray slides.

Fantastic practice and people. 10 plus years now, can not recommend them enough. Best Dentist my family could hope for.
