Let me paint you a picture I have military insurance, so for anyone who has experienced tricare, it can be a painful experience to schedule appointments for places that will accept the insurance. I am unable to drive because of my vision, so I have to walk in the cold to go to MyEyeDr for my appt. I get there, fill out my paperwork, all the bells and whistles, only for the most disrespectful optician to "help" me by saying their portal was down. In the past, I put a review in restating that Cory, the general manager, gave me the upmost disrespect and unacceptable attitude. But once Denis seen my review, he called me, heard my side and corrected the lenses and I picked them up. Glen was perfect and gave great customer service! Thank you gentlemen for the right lenses for my glasses.

Always closed early. I called a number of times before 5:40pm and no answer which tells me they consistently close on their own time no matter what the door says. I just needed two minutes from a botched sizing of my glasses.
