came here for a simple check up because I had a simple cold. needed that note for work. they ended up giving me allergy tests I didn't need and I now have a 700 bill for tests that I didn't even know were ran. same ol stuff. doctor sees person with insurance and so they do all the tests they can. I have a feeling that the allergy place next door they actually own too. so that's like double and triple pay outs for them. they used me. and now I have to pay for it?!?! 700???!!!!!!! for a doctor's note for a cold?! the front desk women are rude, cold and always have an attitude. Everytime I take my son here... He always stating he has ear infections and always immediately just gives antibiotics everytime even when he's Staton he's hurting elsewhere and way different symptoms.. He always just wants to hurry up and get the visit done with rather Than what he's actually here for

The front office ladies always makes a excuse to not do a virtual visit. First they said I need to become a patient first ( not became a patient then a virtual visit the first 3 months to qualify for a virtual visit. )

The wait is to long I have a 1:00 o'clock and it's 2:06 I have been called back yet
