Swift Creek Dental Center

There was a lack of communication, and the staff's unwelcoming tone was disappointing. I felt like I was being talked over and had to play phone tag with the office, which is unacceptable. Moreover, there was misinformation about records provided by the other dentist's office. I expected a more positive experience, especially considering that I only needed a cleaning and the dentists at Swift Creek are closer to my home. Unfortunately, these issues led me to cancel my appointment. The amount of time wasted playing phone tag made me question the quality of care I would receive at this location. Too bad this didn't work out.

New patient - forever patient! WOW!! Do I need to say any more? This place is amazing! The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. The dentist came out in the waiting room to let me know how things went with my boys. Dee was amazing as always - my twins chose to follow her from her previous location. My twins can't wait to go back for their next appointment. They absolutely love Dee :) They had nothing but good things to say about the dentist too! They even received a letter from the office after their appointment - I've never had this done before and it was soooooooooooo nice! I see the whole family changing dentist office!

We had such a wonderful experience at Swift Creek Dental. Everyone from the front desk, assistants, and dentists are incredibly friendly and kind. We have a teenage daughter with Asperger’s who had concerns about going to the dentist and having a filling. The staff went out of their way to make her comfortable and make it a great experience. We can’t say enough good things about Swift Creek Dental.

Top Notch Dental Team top to bottom. My visit started with the welcoming knowledgeable Front Office, to the kind skilled Assistants and most importantly they have extremely gentle Dentists! I recently had to have my first dental crown and it was a pleasurable experience - I know that sounds crazy as no one loves having dental work. Trust me this is an amazing Practice who treated me like family vs a number. GO check them out!

This was my family's first appointment at Swift Creek Dental Center. And it went swimmingly. A shout out to Ms. Aleada, my dental hygienist, who took the extra time to create a cleaning protocol that would work with our dietary needs. We truly appreciate this individualized care. Sweet friendly office staff, no waiting, definitely worth a try if you are searching for a new dental office.
