My name is Andrea McMiller, The Facility is amazing! They have Wonderful business practices, and Highly professional staff and office setting I always hated going to to dentist until now. I don't dred it anymore. Dr. Lockhart is my Dentist and she is amazing, highly skilled, kind and considerate, with the most gentle hands.

I am scared of any Dental work, but I can tell you I have had 3 teeth pulled and 2 teeth filled and this is the very best dentist I have ever been to. I love her to death. Her staff is so sweet and she is way above all others. Again I want to thank her and her staff. I love you all and wish you a merry Christmas.

I went in July 2025 for an annual and learned that I needed a few procedures. X-rays were conducted and then the assistant explained what I was going to need and they sent me to the front to book ANOTHER appointment. The next appointment a debridement (deep cleaning) was done and then I was told to book ANOTHER appointment for the next procedure. The technician was very heavy handed and rough. Two months later I experienced extreme pain in my tooth and had to spend the weekend not being able to sleep laying down and crying especially since this office was closed on the weekends. Monday morning I went in explaining my issue and asked for any availability or recommendations. The young lady at the desk explained that there was no availability at this time and that I could pay a $75 fee upf

I’m new to the area and was having a toothache, I called to get an appointment and was seen fairly quickly. When I went in they did the X-rays and sent in a prescription for my premedication of antibiotics. I informed them I was on a budget and only needed to use my dental allowance on my insurance. They said they understood. After 2 appointments I was informed that the dentist wouldn’t see me until I had a periodontal cleaning which wasn’t covered by insurance. I had to decline. Now I get a bill in for services that has no explanation on it. Please ask questions, get informed, and check around. I have read the previous patients review before posting mine and I will definitely give Dr. Cryer’s office a call.

Had my first appointment today and I have found my new dental home. Super attentive and welcoming staff and Theresa made me feel at ease throughout my visit. Highly recommended for all your dental work.
