Suzanne Hess, APN

Sue Hess is detail oriented , extremely knowledgeable and caring. She is a great primary care practitioner!!! As I see more specialists I rely even more on her judgement and perspective. One of the few medical appointments I look forward to.

I honestly cannot see what the point is of having a pcp . I cannot see anyone when I need to . Appointments are non existent for urgent matters . I called at least 5 times today to schedule as I have a burn that I want looked at and I was passed around from person to person and hung up on. I received a callback and a message was left on my vm from someone at the office with a callback number that led to nowhere . I called back and requested the phone number to a supervisor or a regional and NOTHING was provided . Suzanne Hess APN is great and she’s really smart but it’s maddening that when I actually need someone I am left to figure it out myself . This is not the first time this has happened . Last time I was scheduled with someone in summit that I have never met before .

NP Hess is great, and so is the staff.
