We had an absolutely five-star experience at Dentologem in Westfield. From the front desk staff to Dr. Tatevik Melkumian, everyone was compassionate, professional, and incredibly responsive. Dr. Melkumian came to my husband’s rescue when he developed a hematoma after a bone graft procedure. Remarkably, this was during a blizzard — and Dentologem was the only office open and willing to see him. That level of dedication truly speaks to their commitment to patient care. We are so grateful for the prompt emergency treatment and careful attention he received. His teeth are healing beautifully thanks to Dr. Melkumian’s expertise and skill. Highly recommend this practice for both routine and emergency dental care.

As someone who struggles with dental anxiety, I was terrified about needing an extraction with bone graft. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel calm and supported. The dentist took time to explain the procedure, checked in with me often, and was incredibly gentle. I’m honestly blown away at how well the surgery went. I had very minimal pain during and after-which I was very concerned about. I honestly only needed pain meds over night and the next day. That goes to show you how professional they really are. Everything went smoothly and my healing has been excellent. The most important part of dental procedures are following the rules immediately after surgery to prevent any complications or infections. I have to talk about the amazing experience I had here at Dentologem. I booked an appointment here last minute after one of my fillings fell out and got in within the week. I’m usually a very anxious patient at the dentist and I cannot express how comforting and welcoming the staff here was to me. Every single staff member I came into contact with was so kind and the dentist herself was absolutely amazing. I’ve never had a better experience at the dentist, to the point I went ahead and booked my next appointment while I was there. I will be a forever client & I encourage anyone who’s normally anxious about dentist visits to give this place a try!

The doctor showed attention to my concerns and carefully listened to all my questions. The treatment was painless, and the results exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this dentistry! Absolutely recommend Dentologem to anyone! I had terrible toothache on a weekend and they accepted us no problem in a few hours. I went to another dentist for the pain a few days earlier, but they worked on another tooth, thinking the pain came from the other tooth. George is very friendly and professional. Dr. Melkumian is great and very knowledgeable. She identified the problematic tooth with no problem. Just today (Sunday), my son's cheek started to swell. We went to Dentologem and Dr. Melkumian did an emergency examination and prescribed medication until my son sees a pediatric dentist. Really appreciative of their business hours, and the staff's friendliness.
