Suzanne is very thorough and answered all my concerns with my deafness. She made sure to cover all the bases and let me know if I ever have a concern to let her know asap.

For hearing aid issues there is no one better than Dr. short. Not only is she helpful, but her insights are invaluable to my well-being and hearing. She has the ability to let me know she cares coupled with the medical training and knowledge to give recommendations that make my care better. I really like going to her and feel very comfortable and confident that I am gonna be better off as a result. I’m grateful that there are doctors like Dr. Short to meet my needs.

After I saw the results of my hearing exam, it was readily apparent that I needed hearing aids. Dr. Short was excellent in explaining my options to me and after I decided which hearing aid model to choose, she was able to get them to me very quickly. When they arrived, I met with Dr. Short again and she had them already programmed for me when i got there. She also assisted me in setting up the interactive app on my phone as well as "pairing" my hearing aids to my phone. Once I was thoroughly familiar with the app, she explained everything else I needed to know for me to get the most out of my new hearing aids.
