Suwannee Medical Personnel

One of the most incompetent companies I've dealt with. They do not communicate with each other. They do not read the doctor's orders in order to service patients, they just call and ask you what they are suppose to do for you. Incompetent and unprofessional. Dealing with them frustrated me to tears and I had to go to my PCP because my blood pressure went out of control. They do not know what they are doing. They do not all identify themselves and the purpose of their call and make you very nervous about who it is that is coming to your home. I ended the stress and frustration for myself by not dealing with them because before I got started, I, mentally and emotionally reached a breaking point. I would NEVER recommend them for any services at all. One P.T. told me that he received

Horrible experience ! A waste of time. Full of DRAMA this group. They are more interested in that, than caring about the patient. The nurse that was sent out for my mother's care was a doozy. She would have never held up in E.R. This whole group is crazy. if DRAMA is what you want, that is all they can offer! The PT. was a crock. At best, they were entertainment, but if you want professionalism, real work ethics, with intelligence pass this up, they leave a bad taste in your mouth! Here is the forced star you did not earn

I’m very satisfied with the professionalism and the dedication this company puts in to make sure you have as much work that’s available. They have personally went over and beyond to make sure I got right back to work once I got better from being ill. Great people, Great company!

I’m a registered nurses and never in all of mydays have I been spoken to as rudely as the branch manger spoke to me, I had a question about how confirming works , while on speaker phone which was witnessed by self and 7 others nurses the branch manager replied if your not scrolling on your phone during orientation you would know , literally everyone’s jaw dropped I asked her why was she being rude she continued to over talk me and be rude, needless to say the conversation ended with me telling them to never contact me again, I will be posting this in Jax nursing group on FB so everyone can see how Swannee speak to there nurses
