Sutter Urgent Care

I was at Sutter urgent care. Everything is absolutely great! I was able to see how many patients are waiting on their websites. By using “on my way” feature, they secured my waiting line and I don’t have to wait too long to be call in. Receptionist was super friendly. The nurse even offer me water when she saw me coughing. Dr Tom is great. He was using AI to record our conversations, so he can spend all the time asking me questions and listening to my answers attentively. Very happy patient.

This the best urgent care that I have ever visited & used. All the staffs that I met was knowledgeable & courteous. I cannot speak for the cost of the services because I have received the bill yet. If I ever need urgent care, I will definitely return, not that I am looking forward to have another health issue.

Everything about my visit was great! Reason was for an infection on my finger. It was easy to make an appointment, call back time was quick, the procedure was painless even though it involved needles. The two-person prep team were friendly & efficient, made me feel right at home. Doctor Laura Velez Irizarry was excellent, explaining what the problem was (with my finger), what she would be doing to address it. She had a great sense of humor as an added bonus! "Seamless" and "pleasant" are good descriptions of my visit. Thank you!

My visit was to Urgent care was very short , after checking in, it only took 2 minutes for the nurse to call me in , after going over my symptoms, the nurse concluded that I should transfer immediately to the ER clinic, nevertheless the ln- take medical assistant was very helpful , courteous , prompt. I am very grateful for caring treatment of the Urgent care staff.

I want to report a serious issue with how I was treated by one of the nurses. I arrived by ambulance, and I was in a lot of pain due to muscle spasms. The waiting area was loud, but the nurse came to me and, without even asking what was wrong, told me, “Can you keep it down? I know you’re in pain, but we have women and kids here.” I didn’t say anything because I was shocked. He asked where my pain was, and I told him it was in my back. After that, he left me there for about an hour. I asked for water and asked others if they could let him know I needed something for the pain. He ignored me and was laughing and making jokes with other nurses about my pain. I didn’t even get the cup of water I asked for until about 40 minutes later. The hospital was not busy, and he was only taking care of
