During my consultation, Shimane confidently explained the procedure, including possible risks, benefits, and alternatives. I left feeling informed, educated, and assured of competent care. On the day of my Friday wisdom tooth removal, I checked in on time with the young Asian woman at the front desk. She asked me to take a seat while she prepared my paperwork. After waiting an unusual half hour without an update, I asked about the delay. Dr. Shimane was very informative, professional and empathetic. I later took my daughter to have 4 wisdom teeth removed and the experience again was nothing but amazing! Had my two wisdom teeth removed last week. On my 8th day post op now and Dr shimane and his team were nothing but amazing. The time I reached out to them to schedule my appointment all the way to post op care. What really impressed me is how Dr shimane really cared about his patients, I had a concern regarding post op care and questions, decided to leave Dr. Shimane a message because it was on a weekend and non office hours, literally in seconds, he picked up the call and answered all my questions and concerns.
