Sutter Urgent Care

I went to this urgent care clinic this past Tuesday due to severe back and nerve pain from a muscle spasm. Other urgent care places closer to me would not take me because I needed an appointment and they could not give me until the next day. Sutter Urgent Care takes walk ins and you can go to their website and "get in line," meaning you tell them you will be there in x minutes and they tell you how many people are ahead of you. Then when you get there they are already expecting you and the check in is easy and quick. The wait time on this particular visit was shorter than when I visit my regular doctor! I barely had time to use the restroom before they called me in to see the doctor. The staff, nurses and doctors are so kind and caring and the facility is clean and modern with lots of park

It was very simple to set up my appointment in line and get seen quickly My provider went above and beyond in helping me get an almost immediate appointment with a Specialist when I felt it was critical! Compassionate, caring, thoroughly professional! Thank you Sutter!

I was seen right away. Staff and medical team very kind and attentive. Overall, a great experience with UC considering I had just seen my doctor the week before and my symptoms should have been addressed then.

Stay far away from Sutter Urgent Care. If you value your health and the health of your loved ones seek care from another urgent care in the area. I have been misdiagnosed by Dr. Shariati that almost led me to losing my pregnancy. Dr. Shariati told me my symptoms were not real. I was belittled and spoken to like an idiot when describing symptoms observed when seeking care for my children. Sutter Urgent Care is just awful and not worth taking the risk of seeking care for yourself or family. Stay far away from this urgent care especially Dr. Shariati. Not only is she rude but she is incompetent and may cause serious injury to someone you love.

I have been here twice and both times had a good experience. Wait was normal. And the staff here are friendly and warm. The doctors were excellent, the radiology techs were great. It's a little further from my house but worth it!
