Bravo!! What a great team. From registration to admittance, pre-op, operation and recovery everyone was friendly, respectful, thoughtful, professional and, dare I say, “fun”. You can tell that everyone enjoys their jobs and care deeply about their patients. Management appears to have created a great work environment and culture where great employees can thrive! Everyone explained what they were doing and what was going to happen in an understandable manner and ensured I understood and was comfortable. All the nurses joked (very professionally) back and forth with me, making feel completely at ease. Also can’t say enough good about the anesthesiologist and Dr. Fahey. Both were awesome. If I have to get “repaired” in the future, this is the place I’ll come!

I arrived at 1 pm and left at 9 pm. At 7 I asked the triage nurse if I had gotten taken off the board, she said no I should still be on the board, but she didn't check. I asked her at 9 pm why I still haven't gotten talked to bc everyone else that was there when I arrived had been discharged. She looked at her computer and apparently someone discharged me at 645 with a note saying that I was spoken to by a doctor, but I told them to check the cameras because I was never spoken to after my ultrasound. I was told my ultrasound results would be back in 45 minutes to an hour. I didn't get my discharge paperwork until after nine because of someone falsely discharging me and so I sat for an extra three hours for no reason. I went in for surgery yesterday. It was so great, the staff were all so kind and supportive. The nurses are literal Angels. I appreciate the services that you all provide so much. Thank you all for everything. All my love, Jessica C.

I cannot praise the staff enough! The surgeons, nurses, xray and lab techs, admins, and entire support staff were all top notch and every single one of them make you feel truly cared for. They all were kind and seemed to actually enjoy working there. The facility itself is equally great, with large private rooms. Also the quietest hospital stay, which is unheard of. Surgery recoveries are never comfortable, but the team here really did make it far more comfortable experience than expected.
