This was my first physical therapy appointment with Sutter. Dr. Susan Koo gave excellent care today for an injury that has been very bothersome and hard to figure out. The education and encouragement she sent me away with will definitely help me on the journey to recovery. She not only orovided treatment, but also identified something that I do every day that is exacerbating my injury and she showed me some exercises I can do to help.
The person in the front, Ms. Jimenez, was super rude and not helpful. They always do misrepresentation about billing and insurance to deceive people and do not honor none of their words.
Susan Koo, Thank you so much! This place cured me and gave me hope! My life won't be the same!
