Love that Sutter Health has opened a clinic in our town! I love the Dublin Center offices, but the parking there had gotten out of control. Here, there's one of each specialty, labs and imaging are on-site, and everything is compact and right next to each other. You park right by the door and walk right in, and I've had absolutely no wait time yet. Everyone has excellent availability and the walks to exam rooms and labs are short. The staff are very friendly and we've loved our new pediatrician (Dr. Pourdavoud) and family doctor (Dr. Antypas). Highly recommend! No more driving 15-25 minutes in traffic and adding 10 minutes to park.

Although the office was quiet, there was a delay with my scheduled appointment. Front office conversations seemed unrelated to patient care. Greater professionalism and readiness would improve the experience.

Sutter Health’s newest location now in Livermore. Unlike Dublin, they have a small part of the building so look for Suite 100 as soon as you enter the building. This place has family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, X-rays, labs and mamo.

The facility may be new, but the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They treat patients as if they’re nothing more than a source of revenue, and the quality of service is very poor. They run every possible test just to make money, regardless of whether you’re actually sick or perfectly healthy.
