Sutherlin Drug is hands down THE BEST pharmacy I’ve ever used. Being a locally owned business, the owners and staff are deeply involved in the community and genuinely care about the well-being of their patients. They treat you like a person, not a number, and take the time to provide truly personalized care. Every time I’ve needed help, they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed, even in situations where big chain pharmacies would not. They patiently explain medications, help navigate insurance challenges (and trust me I had a lot of challenges), and they always make you feel supported even when I probably was a burden. This pharmacy has really gone down hill. They are very unprofessional. I called in refills 2 days ago, and when I went to pick them up this evening, I'm just told they don't have them. No offer to fill them while I wait - NOTHING. I'll be using a pharmacy in Roseburg from now on.

Very quick pharmacy. Lot's of merchandise to choose from. Small and great selection. Friendly with a smile.

Oh my goodness everyone that works here is absolutely wonderful. They go out of their way to help you . They have made phone calls to my insurance company and my doctor getting what I needed.

Cant fill a script to save your lives, and yall have the same excuse since october, just close your doors at this point... Jesus.
