This is the 2nd time I’ve had the displeasure of having to be treated by Cristina Cranley. I don’t know where this woman got her training but they forgot to teach her to have a bedside manner. She was very cold and acted like I was a bother to her. Who am I to waste her precious time is how she made me feel. She was more cold in her approach to me than it was outside the day I went there. Her assistant was no better. Seeing her was an absolute waste of my time. She told me to just get a brace for my hand! Are you serious right now? I could’ve played Dr. Google and got that same information without having to be made to feel like what I was there for was nothing! It is so sad that the nicest thing about having to go here, is that their front office staff is nice and talks to you like, I don’

Common sense is truly lacking and gaslighting techniques used for profit. C. Cranley was my provider. I went in with an infected toe. I explained it was infected from a spiderbite while putting on my work boot. I was told it was not a bite. I was sent for Xray for damage and to Mercy for a bilateral ultrasound to check blood flow for possible artery disease. PAD Scary! When finally a call of negative results came for both i was so relieved. When i asked for an antibiotic i was told to go back in for an urgent care visit costing me even more $. Apparently for a simple test for infection to find the best antibiotic. Common sense says we should have started with that test.

Dr Steele is a great doctor. He listens to me and gives good advice. Would highly recommend him. Front desk people could be better. Act like they don’t want to help you.

Their billing department is a total mess. They overcharge for appointments. They did not code things correctly, didn't bill my insurance correctly, and won't fix their errors, leaving me with a large bill at their mistake.

I highly recommend Dr. Meyers. He takes the time to listen to all my concerns and orders the necessary tests and is through. It’s great to have a doctor I can trust.
