Susquehanna Valley Diagnostic

I just had my first ever mammogram. I was nervous and a little uncomfortable for all the obvious reasons. The technician was very professional and joked with me during the procedure, which made it a much more pleasant experience. I would recommend Susquehanna Diagnostic Imaging if you want a facility that is professional and personable at the same time. Bonus: for Breast Cancer Awareness month, and my first time doing this, I got to pick out a small prize from the basket. (The dentist was the only one who ever did that before lol). Thank you for such good care today!

I spoke with an office manager who was rude and very condescending. Not only was she combative and hostile . The office manager was over talkative on the nature of my personal Business with my attorney on the phone. Your lack of professionalism is the reason people like my self have recordings and other people to witness such distasteful behavior of a professional medical facility.

Good medical bad front desk .... Seriously!!! Wait to sign in because receptionist is too busy printing something???
