Finnegan Eye Care Center

I am new to this Eye Care Center, but it was recommended to me. Dr. Spicher did a great job so I would recommend her to others. I would have given them five stars, but I was rushed at my first appointment checking in. I It was border-line rude they why this lady was treating me. Maybe they were busy and behind but it was my first time there and was caught off guard by this. After that everyone else was great to work with.

Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Conduct by Optician To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Optician Tiffany, regarding a recent interaction that I found to be both unprofessional and disrespectful. On \[Feb 9,2026]], I contacted the office to inquire about the status of my glasses. During this call, Optician Tiffany responded in a manner that I perceived as rude and dismissive. Following this initial interaction, I received a text message from Optician Tiffany the next day, in which she apologized and attributed her behavior to having had a "bad day." While I appreciate the attempt at an apology, I find this explanation insufficient, particularly given my current situation. I am currently dealing with the recent loss of my grandmother, and I am not

I had new onset flashes and floaters during the holiday season and needed an urgent appt. They were able to fit me in and I received excellent care. Dr. Spicher was amazing...great assessment, explanations and plan of care!

I am relatively new to the area and really wanted an optometrist that was not involved in a chain. Fast forward to going to Finnegan’s and I am blown away by the quality service I received. It was not “here’s the prescription you need. Bye”. It was a communication that left me feeling “seen”. It was an explanation of my appointment and vision that I had never gotten before. Then helping me pick out glasses, which we all agree is the worst thing ever, and really taking her time and making it fun. 1000 stars, no notes.
