Truly grateful for this dentist. He is absolutely amazing at what he does and I honestly couldn't be happier. Today I got my smile back and although I still have more work to be done, my experience here has been great.

I received dental treatment at this clinic on April 28, 2025. A previous X-ray had shown small chips in five teeth. There was no decay or pain, but I was advised to get “preventive” fillings. Two upper right teeth were treated that day. However, I was not informed in advance that healthy tooth structure would be drilled. A few days later, one of the fillings fell out, and the area became sensitive. I had clearly stated—both in writing and in person—that I had never had any fillings before. Despite this, the clinic insisted that the tooth had already been filled and that the filling had merely come loose. They refused to take responsibility or offer a satisfactory solution. I highly recommend the suseks they're friendly and do a great job. I've been going to dr Ryan for 3 years and have had a lot of work done and wouldn't go anywhere else. My spouse sees dr lauren and has been going to her for 2 years he's also had a lot of work done and never had a complaint. The only thing is they're hard to contact and you'll never get a call back but that has nothing to do with the dentists..

When I first arrived at Dr. Sussex, I had my x-rays taken on my teeth. Yes, I had about two cavities all of a sudden every single week I came in more teeth were being drilled, one after another after another after another, which caused breakage in my teeth, and I end up, eventually having to get a bridge or crown whatever so she said that she was going to examine me and put, the mold in for the bridge but every time I came back, she wanted to draw more teeth until she ran out of teeth to drill and then all of a sudden she wouldn't see me no more because I end up missing an appointment and said that I missed too many appointments so she would no longer see me I think she drilled all my teeth literally to make money off my insurance. This is one of the worst dentist office I have been to. The receptionist or father whoever he is never answers the phone or returns calls specially when it’s important. I shouldn’t have to drive over there just to get an answer as to what they can do for my serve tooth pain. Ridiculous
