Thank you so much for helping our fur-baby. The staff is amazing and Dr. Sanjay is kind and compassionate. Yes, we did spend over 6 hours at the facility as we were an emergency walk-in but it is worth it for my sweet cat. Many thanks!

I’ve been dealing with a Michelle over the phone and I cannot say enough good things about this woman. I was short and rude with her when we first spoke, and she turned around and was nothing but kind, compassionate, educated, patient, and had the best interest of my pet in her mind. Even if you do not go down to the clinic. She was giving me phone numbers left and right to try to ease my mind, Don’t listen to what everyone has to say on here. Like the other reviews on this, I cannot say enough good things about the place, and I was never even there!!!! Thank you so much, Michelle and the rest of the staff down there. Thank you for taking care of my the most precious person/dog in my life

The vet was very nice, I felt everything went great. Then I get a bill with $320 more than the agreed quote! The first girl I spoke with claimed they got the charge reversed, but the bill went up $4. At this point the other rollie pollie vet-tech comes to discuss the bill she was obviously the one doing the billing in the back and is a nasty thing! I will never return or recommend anyone go here its all about $$ and surprise give us more. What's the point of the quote? Edit** called the number in the response, was told I needed to call corporate. Corporate has nothing but full voice mail boxes. I wanted to add photos to this but for some reason can not ,I have print outs of the quote and both bills. My next step is a report to the bbb. I would like to note again the vet we saw was great

My boyfriend and I unfortunately lost our bunny named Brownie and we brought him in to be cremated with this company. The staff were all welcoming and supportive when we came in. I was, of course, a complete wreck, but all of the staff made me feel comforted and understood. We also just received a card through the mail with condolences and I wanted to leave a review to express my appreciation and gratitude. Thank you guys for all of the sympathy. Even though it has been hard without our boy, you guys have definitely made it easier. ❤️

Can’t give 5 stars because nobody is perfect but they tried. I just left there without my sweet baby Layla but they tried their best I must say Dr. Abram was amazing. The 2 receptionist up front were sweet and very attentive. They both smiled bright and told me how sorry they were and wished me a good night. Just amazing
