Susanna Wesley Health Center

My grandma was in this center for 2 months after she fell and broke her leg. Her surgery wound got infected and the wound care specialist, Leydys González was amazing. She took great care of my grandmother and kept us up to date regularly. Thanks to her my grandmothers wounds healed quickly and easily. In general the staff was very nice and pleasant to deal with as well

Just to warning you guys please do not take your parents or grandparents and this horrible place my 100 years old mother in law was place there for 3 weeks only. she deteriorated quickly they get her up at 5 AM seat her and a wheelchair and place in a room with 20 o more people this room is full other patients taking there close off other ones screaming and the other people all urinated others with 💩 smell horrible and they serve there food at that room nurses absence only 1 person taking care 20 o more patients in that room. Thank God we just to go everyday. Finally they found a ALF nice home but before that she was place in a hospital for a terrible UTI thanks to the Susana Wesley she almost Died.

My dad stayed at Susanna Wesley during his rehabilitation and I’m forever grateful for everyone there! Thank you for making sure my dad had everything he needed while he recovered. ❤️ no words can express our gratitude!

Visiting Susanna Wesley gave me warmth and comfort knowing my family member was in good hands. The new administrator’s vibe is always happy, professional, and welcoming. Social worker, Clement is always willing to provide assistance and reassurance regarding my family member. His dedication and passion for her career are apparent. Clement takes extraordinary care of patients’ needs, as well as, his compassionate nature when working with patients’ family members.

My mother was transferred here a few days ago. The nurse who claimed to be in charge, Nicola, told my mother straight out “I don’t want to hear from you or talk to you” and walked out of her room without giving her any care. My mother was in need of relief from her back pain. This is unacceptable. You all are there to provide care to the patients, not walk out on them when in need. I will make sure to have her moved immediately. Zero compassion or empathy. Just know that you will one day be in that same position, I hope your nurse doesn’t treat you the same way you treat your patients now.
