Similar to what some other reviews have said, I had multiple dental procedures done here that left me in severe pain for months afterward. I understand that some pain after dental work is normal. If this only happened once, I could excuse it as an extreme incident. However, the fact that this happened to me multiple times is very concerning. I have never had any comparable issues with dental work in the past, and none since switching offices.

I went there to get dentures. All was good when they was getting my money. But after when I had to have them adjusted the first time. The lady didn't adjust them correctly. So I had to go back. I asked for another person to do the adjustment and was told no problem. But when I got there. I had to get a lecture from some blonde headed assistant. Telling me that dentures never work for eating. Then gave my dentures to the same lady to do the adjustment. Needless to say. They still don't work. I was made to feel like it was out of the question to expect a $3000 pair of dentures to work properly. I will never go there again. Thanks for nothing.

I am very pleased with this office! I had bad experiences with my childhood dentist being very rough with me and restraining me, but Dr. Kleier and her hygienists are extremely gentle and kind. I have never felt unsafe in their care. They go slow and let me take breaks, as well as bring a friend back for support. They let me choose a fun flavor of toothpaste for my cleaning (the cotton candy is quite nice) and a prize from the treasure chest afterwards, even though I am an adult☺️ The relaxed, lighthearted atmosphere is truly wonderful for anyone who is scared of the dentist, regardless of age!

Dr Kleier and ALL her staff are amazing. I had a horrible toothache and they got me in same day. After X-rays, Dr Kleier suggested I get a root canal instead of pulling the tooth. My concern was insurance not covering the root canal but Dr Kleier informed me my insurance recently started covering root canals which I didn’t know. That was a relief cause I hated to lose my tooth! She did the root canal and her staff worked for over an hour to rebuild my tooth. They were so kind constantly making sure I felt no pain. I’ve been to a lot of different dentist and I’m so happy to have finally found Dr Kleier. The entire office is welcoming, friendly and understanding. ❤️

Dr. Kleier and her office are wonderful. I am actively phobic, and my daughter has severe anxiety. They scheduled our appointments for the same time and put us in the same room together, which helped BOTH of us and our different issues. Everyone there is kind, courteous, and seem to be genuinely concerned about each person that comes through the doors. They were very patient and willing to explain in detail both what they were doing, and why it was necessary, and never made me feel like they were impatient with my fear. I'd happily recommend the office to anyone.
