No compassion. I came in with a severe cold that I had been battling for 5 days, with severe cold symptoms. Major sinus pressure causing headaches and excessive coughing and her advice was to use cough drops and buy some OTC cough medicine. She basically said "tough it out. This cold season is rough. " What happened to physicians doing their job snd trying to help relieve the symptoms of their patients? I had to plead with her to put me on antibiotics, just in case, which she agreed to ,thankfully. And she didnt even consider prescribing me some good cough medicine. The OTC brand she suggested, doesn't work one bit. I am still hacking non-stop. Don't waste your time going to this physician.
