The entire staff was extremely friendly, reassuring, and made me feel well-informed about both treatment and insurance/payment. Dr. Ebadi asked me what my priorities were before giving his own thoughts. I felt like my best interest and my own wants and needs were the priority and I deeply appreciate that. I feel I can trust Dr. Ebadi and this team.

This place is all for money, they overcharge for services. I was seen because I had a temporary bridge done by another dental office, I wasn’t aware it was only temporary, but I went to Surprise dental care because the bridge came out. They informed me that I also needed a root canal and refused to do any temporary work until I could pay for the permanent bridge and root canal which was about $2000 out of pocket. In the meantime my insurance at my job changed. The receptionist would call me constantly to see if I was able to get the work done. When I received my new insurance card I called to get the new pricing...$3000 out of pocket with my new insurance. Stressed and at this point because my bridge has now completely broken, I went to a new dentist today and the charge for all of the sam

This place is amazing! Great front and back office staff, my hygienist was so knowledgeable and amazing. Office is very well maintained and clean!!
