Alan at the front desk is amazing!! He makes my visits so seamless whenever I take my daughters to their appointments. He is always so friendly and efficient with everything. ;) excellent customer service

I recently switched my son’s pediatrician to this practice and had our first appointment scheduled at a different location. By mistake, I came to the Lake Worth office instead. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly kind—he noticed the mix-up and reassured me that it wasn’t a problem. He quickly made arrangements so we wouldn’t lose our appointment, which I really appreciated. From start to finish, the experience was great. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and smiling. The facility was very clean, and the wait time was short. The doctor was wonderful—thorough, informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly, including the reasons behind each recommendation. I’m really happy I made the switch to this practice. I absolutely love this pediatrician’s office! From the moment we walk in, the front desk staff is so kind and welcoming, they always greet us with a smile and even know my kids by name, which means so much to me. It shows how much they truly care and pay attention to their patients. Our pediatrician is the best! He’s patient, understanding, and always takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I never feel rushed or overlooked. My kids feel comfortable and safe in his care, and as a parent, that means the world. I’m so grateful that my children have such an amazing doctor and a wonderful team looking after them. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love Suramed at Greenacres! From the moment we walk in, the front desk greets us with warmth and genuine kindness. Alan and his coworker are amazing! Alan went above and beyond to help me get an important medical letter I needed for my child. All the staff at this office always make us feel like family and special guests. The nurses are so gentle, patient, and caring with my children, which puts us at ease every visit. Both Dr. Riera and Dr. Feliciano take their time to listen, explain, and truly care for my child’s health and well-being. Dr. Riera (Aurora) muchas gracias!
