Truly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and consideration from the staff here. This location was my go-to til recently I went for a DMV vision test. I got the test done, paid my money and somebody on their end submitted the wrong information to the dmv. Because of someone’s unavailability to read correctly and submit accurate results, I now have to go out my way to the DMV to correct the mistake one of these ladies made. All I got was an” I’m sorry “, no further accommodation. What’s most triggering is that they don’t care for their wrong doings. They tried to blame me for their mistake. A single mistake might not mean much to them but as a customer now I have to go in person to the dmv which what I wanted to avoid to begin with by paying for a service from here. Honestly , ju

I had such a great experience at this location. I was immediately greeted as soon as I walked in, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, which makes choosing new eyeglasses easy! There was a large selection of frames to choose from and the ladies helping me were patient while I tried to find the perfect pair of glasses. I would definitely recommend this places to family and friends. This is a great place for eye care needs!

Scheduled an appointment two months in advance, show up to learn the doctor wasn’t in that day. would’ve been fine if they had made any effort to contact me before i showed up in person or tried to reschedule me ahead of time but they didn’t have a care.

The service here is mostly great. The doctor was super friendly and caring. I have been going to opticals for 40 years of my life and NEVER has the doctor asked me to come back for a follow up visit just to see how I'm doing with the new prescription. This is what I experienced for my 13 year old son who's eye sight is pretty bad. Also there was one specific employee named Amelia who was super sweet. She was very knowledgeable and offered insight for myself even thou I am not a patient... I wear bifocals and she explained the different types and also told me that I can get bifocals contacts which surprised me. I will absolutely be coming back for myself. Amazing experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a large selection of affordable glasses. They have the latest designer shades. Overall 10/10 experience; here are the glasses i chose :)
