We have been going to Superkids Dentistry Mt. Vernon for over a year and a half, and we absolutely love this office. Every visit starts with smiles and cheerful greetings from the front desk to the back. Everyone is welcoming and speaks to you, which makes a big difference. The patience and kindness here are exceptional. The woman who manages the office and answers the phones is fantastic and always remembers you, whether you are calling or visiting. The dental hygienists are incredibly kind, gentle, and patient with the kids. The TVs in the lobby and on the ceilings help make visits enjoyable, and my child loves picking a prize at the end. Dr. Liu is wonderful, and we always leave with smiles and helpful information. I highly recommend this location to other families.

We recently changed our dentist and visited Super Kids on Wednesday. Everyone on the staff was very friendly, and we didn't have to wait at all. Dr. Liu is incredibly professional and took the time to share several options for our situation. It was truly a wonderful experience, and we wholeheartedly recommend it!

I never had issues with the practice but this time I did. My son had a filling done about a month ago in the location where we usually go(Dawes Ave). Since then, the tooth has been bothering him. It hurts to bite on food. I didn't feel like going to the same doctor who did the filling initially, so I asked for an appointment with a different doctor at there Mount Vernon location with the main dentist and the director of the practice. He put smth on the tooth saying it should make it feel better. And when my son told him, that it didn't, he said that the filling should be changed. Obviously, I didn't feel like going to the same doctor and expected HIM to take care of it while we were already there.
