Pietila and his assistant were very compassionate and kind during my 2 complicated extractions. Explained everything thoroughly. I was in excruciating pain coming in and left with relief. Also worked out a plan for me being private pay. I personally recommend.

We were regular patients, 4 of us. I went in to have a cavity filled went home and the next day was in so much pain I had to go back again. The older doctor I had seen had missed a little sponge in the cavity and they had to refill it again. I went home and still had pain the next day, so I had to make an appt for the next day. They did some more work on the tooth and sent me home, I had 4 appts. to finish the tooth. Unbeknownst to me the younger main dentist had done a root canal on my tooth without telling me. Yes the tooth felt better but over $900 worth of work when I got the bill. I was shocked he should of said what he was doing instead of doing it, my insurance did not cover it and then he took me to court. What a shyster.

The rude receptionist LAUGHED out loud- twice- about my situation. These shysters do not care if you are suffering- they will NOT see you. A group of us have filed a complaint with state of Michigan recently for discrimination. I was put on a 'list' two YEARS ago for a simple dental procedure- NO call ever came- in TWO years. The dentists ONLY see friends and family- NO ONE ELSE. Unbelievable. This area is withering and these people add to that situation.

The most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. The dentists were very nice and I was in and out quite quickly!
