The pharmacy is fantastic. The other staff go out of the way for you. Even helping carry heavy bags to your car.

I am very upset by the actions of your Calumet pharmacy today, Saturday Feb 1st. My pain medication is filled every two weeks, on Saturdays. At 1046 AM today a text was received showing it ready, unfortunately by 1:45 pm when I arrived to pick it up, the pharmacist had decided to leave and closed early. As you know narcotics are closely controlled and I was totally out with my pain on the rise. We were told by the lone clerk at the store that the pharmacist had left for a funeral. While I completely understand his desire to leave for a personal matter, wouldn't it have been logical to at least leave a junior pharmacist or clerk to attend to the pharmacy to make sure that vital meds got to the patients that needed them? The employees are too busy chatting with each other to help you find anything. They'll ignore you, or they're just too busy in conversation. The store has a decent layout and variety, but it may take a moment to find what you're looking for

I switched to Snyder's, about a year or so ago, & have nothing, but good things to say. The staff is so kind and helpful. They have your scripts ready right on time. If there is a problem, they call & let you know. Wonderful experience everytime!!

Excellent service. Very little wait time . Helpful and walk you to the location you will find your needs. Extremely helpful with vaccinations. Great garden plants and soils. So glad they are here.
