SuperDuper Massage

I had my first session with Colleen last week. I let her know I pulled a calf muscle and lot of tightness on my shoulders/neck. She suggested deep tissue and a sports massage which was a great call. I actually fell asleep for a moment but I also felt the strength of her technique. Colleen stood out to me not only because of her technique but also because she took time to sit down and talk to me before the session. She gave me helpful tips on how to make the most of the massage as well. Excellent work Colleen. My wife will be reaching out and see you in April for our next session!

Colleen is amazing!!!! Her approach is integrative and comprehensive, i felt so comfortable and loved in her care! Perfect balance of deep get-in-there and gentle relaxation to help me work through my bodily holdings and muscle tension, with a sense of mental serenity and peace. I left feeling rejuvenated. Colleen is an incredible massage therapist! She always checks in before the massage begins and asks about areas she should focus on for the session. During the massage she asks for feedback and is very attentive to adjusting her pressure. She really knows how to hit the sore spots and ease out the tension. As a long term client of Colleen's, I have to say... she is a SuperStar! I first visited her in 2015 for prenatal massage work when expecting my son. She was gentle, yet super effective in alleviating discomfort associated with pregnancy, especially the later months. Currently, I see her twice a month to keep my body in check/alignment and fine-tuned for my athletic pursuits. I compete in Ironman triathlons + ultra running races and she's made an incredible difference in how my body recovers from and responds to long training days. This year I have run 4 marathons and everything thing is not only intact, but feels strong + happy! :) I highly, highly recommend her services.
