Super 1 Foods Pharmacy

Unfortunately after several years I will no longer be using their services. I have never once been able to get my regular prescription without a myriad of issues like endless phone wait times, not calling back if your medicines are delayed or not fully stocked, automated systems failing to keep accurate records, failure to input new prescriptions from Drs in a timely manner, etc. I understand that Walgreens took over and it is a difficult environment (my mother managed one of their pharmacies for years), but it's just unacceptable at this point. I've had to jump through hoops to get medicine I've taken for 7 years each time. I'll be switching. For what it's worth, the women working there are nice. They always seem tired.

I’ve gone here for a while but they genuinely never have the medication I need in stock. It consistently takes over a week for a refill. Go somewhere else!

The girl waiting on customers is not knowledgeable. Waited in line forever to tell me my meds weren’t ready. They were supposed to be ready a week ago. Then I call it in again and they are working on it. Ridiculous! Good thing I wasn’t sick! Over-heard the same story from a customer in front of me needing her diabetes meds that she had ordered last month! Horrible service from this place since Walgreens took over.

Twice I’ve gone to pickup a prescription and was told to go to the other Walgreens across the street. When I go to that one they say no it’s at the super one Walgreens, I go back and magically they have it the second time. It was aggravating the first time, but ridiculous it’s happened more than once. They also told me they aren’t allowed to give injections at that location and wanted to just give me the vaccine and needle!!! They have signs up that say they give flu shots, and when I went back the next day, they gave the injection. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Legitimately the worst pharmacy service in existence- this is from a provider perspective. Called and left a prescription message that apparently did not get filled, but when I called back to confirm was on hold for 30 minutes. The minute I heard a voice getting off hold, they hung up the call before "lunch meal break". Seems like a bunch of incompetent people and horrendous service which just makes me sad for the future of healthcare. WILL NEVER CALL THIS PLACE AGAIN
