Dr. Scalera is an awesome Dentist. He listens and explains everything even when you ask a lot of questions. He does not try to push something you don’t need. The staff is great too. I’ve only been going there for 6 months but I feel very comfortable and welcomed. Great atmosphere and nice office. I’m glad I found him from a post review that was on Nextdoor from a previous patient. I hope to have many years of service with him.

Dr. Joel has been our family dentist for over 20 years. He is wonderful! Never had a problem with any dental work he performed. When he puts on a crown or repairs a cavity, it stays fixed! His staff is very personable and reliable. Best dentist ever!

Nothing but Five stars for Dr Joel and his office staff. From the moment I walked in the office they made me feel comfortable. They treat you with respect and make you feel like a family member. They provide the highest quality of dental care and they are very competent and professional.

Dr. Joel Scalera has been my dentist ever since I moved to Melbourne, Florida 15 years ago!!! I moved to Cocoa Beach 3 years ago, and I still travel to Melbourne to have Dr. Joel and his staff take care of my teeth! YUP, he and his team are THAT GOOD!!!
