I had my first massage ever today with Susan to help address some health issues. I was a little anxious but Susan was great. Very professional and kind. I felt delightfully relaxed and calm afterwards and am eager for my second massage.

What a blessing to have found Susan! She is so knowledgeable for what’s best for your muscles, your stress, your lymphatic system, etc. She truly listens to your concerns and address them precisely. I’m very thankful for her services!

I purchased a 1 hour massage gift card from Susan to give my mother for her birthday. When my mother tried to use the gift card she was informed that she would have to wear a mask the entire duration of the massage. As my mother has breathing issues she informed Susan she wouldn't be comfortable during the massage. I called Susan to ask for a refund of the gift card so I could get my mom a comfortable experience somewhere that didn't require a mask. She refused to refund the gift card saying my mom could just give it to someone else to use. I informed her this was for my mom's birthday and I wanted her to have an enjoyable massage but she still refused to offer a refund. After a bit of an argument she agreed to refund half of the amount but only if I sent her a pre addressed and stamped

Susan was excellent today. I have a lot of issues with my lower back and sciatica and she definitely made me feel better than when I went in. I will definitely be going back in the very near future.

I went to Susan a couple times and after the 2nd visit I wanted to buy a package deal! She is phenomenal. I have had professional massages in various states and Susan is hands down my best message therapist so far. I prefer a very deep, sports like massage since I constantly workout, and Susan knew exactly how to make my back and limbs feel tremendously better. I can honestly say I have never fallen asleep during a massage, because it's just not normal for me; however Susan relaxed my muscles on several occasions and she had to wake me up. She is very kind, professional, and does amazing work!
